Working Student – Business Development & Strategy (all genders)

During your working student role at Eve by Eraneos, you will support a Senior Partner directly in business development. From day one, you will take on responsibility, gain insight into strategic questions, and help drive the development of our business.

Your responsibilities will include in particular:

• Market and industry analyses: You research relevant markets, industries, and companies, and prepare your findings in a structured format.
• Best-practice analyses: You identify successful approaches, business models, and current developments, and derive relevant insights from them.
• Business Cases: You support the quantitative analysis and development of business cases and prepare figures and decision-making materials.
• Meeting preparation: You help prepare and follow up on the content of internal and external meetings.
• Presentations: You create and revise professional PowerPoint presentations and turn complex content into clear, compelling material.
• CRM & Business Development: You help maintain our CRM system in a structured way and keep relevant information and activities up to date.

• Advanced studies in economics/business administration or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in strategy consulting or business development
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and confidence in developing, modeling, and validating quantitative business cases
• Excellent research skills and the ability to identify best practices, evaluate them critically, and apply them to specific questions
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel, along with a good sense for presenting information clearly
• A high degree of initiative, discretion, and sense of responsibility – particularly when it comes to maintaining CRM data and preparing meetings
• Good working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Perplexity
• A professional, dependable manner along with excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German
