Strategy Associate (all genders)

During your internship as an Associate at Eve by Eraneos, you work as part of your project team on real strategy projects from day one. You grow through direct exchange with experienced Consultants, learn from real client challenges, and develop your analytical skills in a supportive environment.

• At least two relevant internships (e.g., in management consulting and/or in an industry or service company from our core sectors)
• At least four completed semesters of your studies
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good understanding of how current AI technologies work and their limitations (Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, Agents)
• Good proficiency in using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity & Co.)
• Enthusiasm for strategy consulting
• Self-initiative and engagement
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• High implementation strength and practical orientation
• Confident demeanor and flexibility
