Overall project leadership for the implementation of a new claims system in health insurance.
A leading insurer required professional project steering for the implementation of a modern claims system as part of a strategically priositised transformation. By estiablishing efficient steering and governance structures and the targeted use of AI measures to accelerate migration-critical processes, we successfully steered a large, interdisciplinary team. This resulted in significant efficiency gains, greater transparency in project steering, and the timely delivery of key milestones.
Implementation of a claims system under complex conditions
An insurance company faced the demanding task of implementing a modern standard claims system under complex conditions.
