Processing of personal data during recruitment

When you apply for a position with Eraneos Eve Denmark A/S, we process your personal data in order to assess your application and conduct any subsequent recruitment process. 

What information do we process?

We typically process:

• Contact details, including name, address, email address and telephone number
• CV and cover letter
• Educational information, including diplomas and transcripts
• Notes from interviews and tests

If you choose to submit such information, we may also process:

• Danish civil registration number (CPR number)
• Health information
• Information concerning criminal offences
• Recommendations and references
• Profile photo

Purpose

The information is used solely to assess your application and contact you in connection with the recruitment process.

Retention

If you are not employed, we retain your information for up to 24 months, given that you have consented to this. The information will then be deleted unless you renew your consent.
If you are employed, your information will be transferred to our HR system and processed as part of the employment relationship.

Legal basis

Ordinary application information: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests).
Special categories of personal data, such as health information: Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR (consent).

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we process concerning you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and the right to withdraw your consent.
